Rental car from Sanford airport ?

It seems like most of the main car rental agencies charge extra to rent a car from the Sanford airport. My wife and I are taking our grandaughter to Disney for her first ever trip April 10-14. We are flying in and out of Sanford.

Does anyone have any discount codes or perhaps some tips on getting an inexpensive car from the Sanford Airport and Tire Center ??

I doubt you'll find anything inexpensive at any Florida rental areas for your time frame. I booked my Budget car, for my April 14-23 trip, back about 10 months ago. I ended up paying about $340. It has doubled since then. This is a very expensive time of year to book a rental car.
If you just need to get to WDW and back to Sanford again, it might actually be cheaper to get a car service to drive you...that usually runs around $200, r/t.

I have a full size car reserved for our May trip with Alamo. The price so far is $213.00. If you belong to BJ's Wholesale, Sam's Club, Cosco they have coupons with some nice discounts. I also signed up with Alamo on line to receive emails and they also have discounts that you can combine with the above places that I mentioned.

I second this. I found this coupon code "BCD U030154 " for a 7 seat SUV for a week with tax is $260. I know you dont need that large but they have tons of good deals. Best of luck.
