Rental car drop-off at WDW?

We are flying from Michigan to Ft. Lauderdale to visit some friends for a few days, and then driving a rental car up for another 6 days at WDW.

I think it would be cheaper to turn in the rental once we get to WDW and then just hire a town car to return us to the airport.

Does anyone know where I could turn in a rental on Disney property, and which company that would be? We are staying at PO-FQ, if it makes a difference.

you have two options for rental car returns on disney property... but it must be either national or alamo rental cars... the car care center (near magic kingdom) or the dolphin hotel (at valet parking)... both places will provide you with a shuttle back to your resort if you request it (best to call ahead), or you can use disney transport from the dolphin to a park (depending on the time of day)... i must say, the car companies and disney make this very easy to do!
