Rental Car Company at Swan or Dolphin

I've seen it mentioned that one of the rental car companies allows you to return your car at either the Swan or the Dolphin. Would someone be so kind as to pass on which rental agency this is? Thanks so much for your help.

Their desk is located in the lobby of the Dolphin and they are open (8 or 9) until 4 pm.
