Rental Car Co. and Debit Cards

Can anyone tell me whcih rental car companies take the debit cards, i do not use credit, i know alamo does but i thought it would be safer to have two reservations with two diff companies just in case
please help

Dollar and Budget do. If you join Hertz Gold they will also.

Hertz has #1 Express and Gold services. If your debit card is listed in your profile you can rent with a debit card.

Just be aware that agencies can charge if you don't cancel before a certain time. I wouldn't keep 2 reservations on the day of arrival.
