Rent/Transfer contracts Could anyone share?

I was wondering if anyone could share a contract to rent or transfer points. I was wondering if you still should think about a contract if you are going to transfer points or just for renting. Thanks for your help!!

Here is a thread about rental contracts.

DVC specifically mentions using a contract for rentals in the documents but no mention is made of requiring one for transfers. The nature of a rental is different (regarding dates, resort, room type, cancellation policies, payment policies, agreement of the renter to abide by resort rules and policies, etc.) compared to a transfer, which is a one-step process. Once the points have been transferred the transaction is complete.
