I just happen to visit the Rent/Trade Board. I noticed that several people post their email addresses.

This is not a good idea.

Internet bad people have robot programs that search the internet for email addresses. The addresses are sold and shared with junk mailers.

I've learned the hard way and had to change my address a couple of times before I found out why I was getting so much junk mail.

I have been receiving a lot of junk email lately. I just hate changing my address, but I fear I might need to. How do they (the evil spammers) get our email adresses? Mine does not have a typical @.... Don't these spammers have anything better to do??????

Since a lot of 'renters' over there don't have enough posts to get PMs they don't really have a choice LOL!

Another suggestion is to set up a "junke" email account. You can use it for this but when it gets "spammed" you can just close it!
