RENT DVC POINTS & FREE DINING

I am sure this has been asked before but I internet time is limited, if free dinning is offerred during the time period that we rent points is it availabe to me?

free dinning is only if you pay FULL RACK RATE or full price no dsicount on the room through Disney and you must buy entrance to the theme parks for all days as well. As of now you can purchase the dinning plan when satying at DVC it is 37.99 for adults and 10.99 for children 3-9 which is a greta deal considering you are getting a HUGE discount on the room and you donot need tp have park passes for every day...

The dinning plan is not available for DVC members for free. It is only free with the packages.

I don't mean to be flip but can someone (smarter than me) please explain how anyone could think that they could rent DVC points and get free dining? This question gets asked at least once a week and I do not understand the rationale.

You've got me, Cyn. I was thinking the exact same thing. Cheap lodging and free dining? Doesn't even begin to make sense.

I keep thinking the same thing as well.....Mabye they should put stickys on the Resorts Board, The Budget Board, the Dining Board & the Attractions & Strategies board.......

One here too would help a bit.....
