renovations at Dolphin

I am a bit concerned about the renovations I have been reading about regarding the Dolphin. For those of you who have just returned please specify as to where renovations are taking place. Last year we stayed at BC in August and did not enjoy the "jackhammer" use at the pool.
One other question, is the Dolphin large enough for two adults and three children.

Our only problem with the renovations was during 3 year old's naptime in the early afternoon. We could hear hammering and other construction noises, but we were staying in the area of the construction. I suppose most people won't be in the rooms at this time, and you could request to be placed far away from the construction. I didn't notice any activity near the pool or any other public places.

Thanks Sherri- Did you find the dolphin crowded? We've stayed here before and I remember the property being large. Haven't booked yet trying to decide where to stay.
