Renewal questions

First time MK holder here with some renewal questions (we are now within our 30 day window and debating our options!)

1. If we renew, does the pass activate the first day of use or does it roll over the original purchase date as day 1?
2. I know all MK sales are paused right now. If we don't renew, what is the speculation for when they will go on sale again based on last year's track record?
3. We are considering moving to a pass that includes a higher discount for parking; for a variety of reasons we haven't parked at DLR too many times. How is the parking at M&F and TS? Is there still major congestion getting in and out on a "normal" day, weekday, weekend, etc.? Are there certain days/times where it takes a while to get in and out?

It rolls over the original purchase date.

Probably sometime early next year based on the history. They did do one sale late August but that was the first year.

How is the parking at M&F and TS? Is there still major congestion getting in and out on a "normal" day, weekday, weekend, etc.? Are there certain days/times where it takes a while to get in and out?

Yea, sometimes. Definitely in the morning before 10am can be congested. Evening after fireworks, any times the tram lines are long there will be congestion

It will roll over and automatically add to you account, allowing you to book future dates when you select Pass Renewal after buying it.

For example my pass expires on 9/5 so I can make reservations through that date- and then to see availability after 9/5 can select Pass Renewal on reservation page-
