renewal of vows

My hubby & i are going to disney in july 2005 & as we are celerbrating our 15th wedding anniversary we thought it would be nice to renew our vows when we are there we already have the flights&hotel booked but dont know how we book anything else like a venue,photos etc can anybody else help PS we are flying from Scotland

We are in Leicester in the Midlands, and we renewed our vows last December on board the Disney Wonder Cruise ship.
