A so so weAkend..........
saturday........
(B) one egg scrmabled one slice of atkins bread and some bacon....
(L) BBQ..hot dog on LC tortilla and a hamburger no bread......
A salad
(D) heres where it went bad........... got hungry about 9 and had some taco bell....two tacos and some nachos.......
also a small bag of swedish fish
Drannk all my water but no time for exercise.....
Sunday
Two eggs one slice of atkins with bacon
(L) another BBQ...... hot dog on LC tortilla and a hamburger on the other half of that tortilla
small portion of macaroni salad...... a few nachos......
The for dessert I had some more swedish fish (OMY my weakness)
and a cup of coffee with a few cookies........
Didi not have any dinner, I am still full!!!!!!!!
I did not exercise either today....... was working at my friends house..........
will get back on track........
This weAkend as you can see, I did not stay on track but the good thing is........ I did not go buts either...........
My pattern is once I mess up I keep going....... not that I am trying to rationalize but... I ate when I was suppose to nothing extra except when I did eat I ate alot of carbs........
and of course there was desserts...my swedish fish! ugggg~
No fat in those things but, I wish theyed use spenda to make em!
Anyway although, I did not exercise, I was working in the yeard all weAkend either my yard of my friends.........
got plenty of upper body exercise.............
anyway tomorrow is MOnday and I will be back on track!
Gonna try no sweets this week....for at least the next four days.......
