HI, Well, I called AVIS again. She said that was some large corperate rate of some kind today she quoted me 599.00 or so. Are you going with a large group for a company seminar or something that maybe a lot of people will be using? What is USA code?
I stayed on the phone for over a half an hour.

I've found that you cannot book on the phone with rate code USA. If you do book online make a printout of your ressie. When you view it later, if it isn't at the same price, call customer service 7:30am-7:30pm 1-800-352-7900,and ask why there is any difference in price. You don't need to tell them any codes you used, they have all the info. on your conf. Just ask why the price difference. Phone agents will not be able to help you. I faxed customer service a copy of my ressie and they confirmed me at the lower rate. I'm not going with a large group nor attending any seminars. I don't know what USA code is, I just know it works, but only online.
