Is it possible to go to Remy on Pirate Night, and still have Pirates Night with the kids say after dinner? If so, what time would I need to make the reservation for?

Depending on what Pirate activities you with to enjoy with your kids, I'd have to say "early". There's a family-friendly (Mickey & friends) pirate show between the two dinner seatings (around 7:30), and the Jack Sparrow-type Pirate show followed by the fireworks after the second seating (around 9:45).

It's my understanding that dinner at Remy can take 2-3 hours.
