Remy Desserts and Brunch questions

About to go on the Dream in April and we haven't experienced this before. We do not drink alcohol or coffee and wondered if this is going to be worth it for us. What is the dessert experience like?

We did get a reservation for Brunch at Remy too. Any suggestions? We have enjoyed Palo on the Classic ships but haven't sailed on the Dream class too much before. Thanks for your help!

Brunch at Remy is a set menu. I did it in December, it was amazing.

The dessert experience is a lot of fun if you like desserts! Basically, you'll get 6-7 different desserts and the executive chef will come out and explain them to you. What they're made from, where the names came from, etc. At some point, usually near the last dessert, you'll get a complimentary glass of champagne. If you don't drink alcohol, just let them know and they'll bring you a Linguini instead. That's jasmine tea, raspberry puree, and passion fruit juice. It's sweet, but also quite good. I suppose that they would bring you water, too, if you asked.

It's definitely not an every day kind of thing! But it's so tasty...

I have done both the remy dessert and palo brunch and don’t drink alcohol, coffee or tea. For Remy they were able to bring me Martinellis instead of Linguines. They did have one dessert that was full of coffee but the menu changes often so it may not still be there when you go. I love the dessert experience because I love dessert, but it is 7 desserts in a row. It’s also a shorter way to experience Remy.
