Remy brunch ?? not an option for me ?

Did I miss something in my reading on this site ? I do not have Remy Brunch as an option only Palo brunch. There is a dessert option for Remy but I'm not sure I can do an entire dessert meal.

Remy Brunch is only offered on Sea Days. Maybe that's why?
