Remy brunch, can you convince me?

When we had brunch at Palo we were encouraged to order as much as we wanted, and the server actually brought us extra... coupled with the buffet portion, it's really a lot more than 5 courses. I do agree that Remy seems more of an "experience" though.

Our server was the opposite. We weren't encouraged to order more than one of each course so we were pretty stuck with the 3.

Having said that, we were there for dinner and the portions were huge so it's not like I could have eaten more than what we had. I just wished we could have tried a few more things.

Not that this is relevant to brunch, but at Remy's we ordered both menus and essentially got one of everything and really enjoyed the variety but that could just be our preference.

We have done brunch and dinner at both Remy and Palo, and Remy is my favorite. I love brunch, as the menu as always been outstanding, and the service is amazing. I don't eat meat, and the chef has always substituted something really yummy for me. My husband didn't think he was going to like it, because he thinks french food is too "rich" with many sauces. He was pleasantly surprised, and we always go to dinner and brunch every time we cruise

While I haven't tried brunch at Remy, I can say that my DH is very similar in taste to yours and he thoroughly enjoyed Remy for dinner. He was skeptical beforehand, but knew it was something that would make me happy so he went in with an open mind. He doesn't drink, so he got water from different countries and "drank his way around the world" while I did the wine pairing. It was a blast for him! Two years later and he still talks about that meal and we will be booking another meal as soon as our next window opens!
Maybe just ask your husband if he would be willing to try a new experience together. If nothing else after all these trips you could say you've given it a shot! I highly doubt either of you will be disappointed however!
