Remy at Chefs de France

When does Remy make appearances at Chef de France?
I remember reading multiple times a day but is there a schedule? We missed him last time.

He starts around 12:30pm and goes about once an hour until 5:30pm or so.

I have read on these boards that he doesn't appear on Sundays (which is a bummer since I have a ressie on a Sunday in December )

Remy starts his rounds at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20 Mon - Sat.

I recommend that you make your reservation no later than half an hour before the start of one of his rounds. You must be seated at your table when he comes by. If you are in the process of being seated or away from your table he will not return and you will have to wait until his next circuit. You cannot go up to him.

Remy is a highly sophisticated audio animatronic character who sometimes breaks down unexpectedly so if you have little ones, I would not promise that they will see Remy and let it be a surprise instead.
