I think this is so adorable. I was thinking about trying Chef's on our next trip. I dined in France back when I was in college, but I can't remember if it was even called Les Chef's de France back then.

Anyway, now that I know that Remy is there I am worried that I will be disappointed if he doesn't make an appearance while we are dining. It sounds like he has been scheduled 12:30-6pm. I guess I can book an early dinner and just keep my fingers crossed.

I haven't seen him in person, but there are some YouTube videos up and I think he "squeaks" and moves his head and stuff like that in response to people. Remember in the movie, he couldn't "talk" to humans. He only talked with human voice and words when he was talking to other rats.

I think he's only going to be there for a few months -- about how long it would take the FDA to shut the place down for having a rodent on the premises.

Thanks for sharing! We have our anniv lunch booked there-since we'll be with our boys I gave up Le Celier for this.! I really can't wait;as Chefs has always been a fave of mine.
