We’ve eaten at Remy several times on the 7 day & have always had the prix fixe menu for $135.00 Now we’re doing a 4 day, & wondered if it possible to just have several of the a la carte items instead?

Yes, it is possible but often not the most economical. The portion size is the same as you get on the tasting menu and depending on which courses you get sometimes the price can match the tasting menu price after only 3 plates.
