? removing pricetags on

Hi there..
ok , I just bought a dozen wine glasses on sale ... I was in such
a hurry this morning with running late.... that once I got home, it
was then the on each wine glass is where they stuckk the sale price !!

help, How can I remove each of these pricetags painlessly... I just tried peeling them off with no luck.... they seem to be stuck on with crazy glue !!

I just use warm water to soak the tag with then soap it up really good with Dishwashing detergent (like Dawn or Joy). Works everytime!

You can also use Goo Gone or Lift off products.

I've used Goo be Gone and I've also used a hair dryer on the stickers for a few seconds and the stickers come off pretty easily.

Warm soapy water works great and you have it on hand(water and soap)
Just let them sit in the water for a little bit and the tag will slide right off!

Plain vinegar works, as well. I usually give them a good soak and then use vinegar on a paper towel.

If there is some residue left after soaking in warm water and dish detergent just apply a little rubbing alcohol to take the rest of the goo off.

GOO BE GONE!!! Who ever invented that stuff is a GENUIS!!! I have maybe 4 bottles in my home and garage. I use it for everything..from taking price tags off frames and glassware to taking sticker/decals off the car!!!

I hung a banner on my Farmer's Porch in April with heavy scotch tape. We took the poster down in a number of days and some or half of the tape...it has been so bothering me on there but I have been so busy I kept forgetting to remove all the tape...now fast forward to July...GOO BE GONE where are you?

Bingo, I actually put some GBG on a Magic Eraser and viola, all the tape is HISTORY!!!

I have seen it at Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes, Home Depot and even Walgreens...it is a bottle with a yellow liquid. And big letters GO BE GONE! I notice now they have a Go Be Gone for the "garage"!!!

We use Goo Gone at the bookstore I work at. It's really great for peeling stickers off of books. I would check Walmart and Target. I was going to suggest Publix, too, but I don't think they have those in Canada.

If you've already peeled off part of the stickers, it's too late for this, but next time use your hairdryer to soften the sticker and they will peel right off. Any remaining residue will come off with Goo Gone or WD-40.

This is great for removing prices on things you don't want to get chemicals on- like cardboard packaging for toys or clearance stickers that are on top of regular price tags and you don't want to look cheap (J/K) .
