Removing one person from reservation

Three of us are sharing a room at POFQ. DD14 may not be able to go now because of a school commitment that has came up and now he may need to stay home with DH. We leave on November 29th, 2011.
Will I be able to get a refund on his ticket or can they move the money to a future vacation that is already planned?
We used SWA so we know we can credit his money to our next vacation, just curious about the Disney package.

Since you booked a package, they would just remove her from the reservation (tickets and all). However, with doing this, you will be charged a change fee of $50 since you are less than 45 days from arrival.

You're welcome . There's no way for them to move the money already paid since you are just modifying the reservation. If you were moving the whole trip to a different time, then they could just transfer the reservation to new dates and apply any money paid toward that. But since you are taking someone off and keeping the current ressie, they have no way of "crediting" something else.
