I think it's a good start, but needs to be cleaned up a bit - and since you said you were still in the "construction" stages, I'm sure you already know that.

I saw a few grammatical errors that need to be fixed - that'll make it look a lot more "polished." In addition, I would change the transition (pixels changing) between pages...it seems to take a long time to go from one page to the other.

On the plus side - it appears very well organized and easy to navigate. The photos also are very nice and show a wide range of subject matter.

Ok, web designer by trade here... Please take my comments with a grain of salt - what I like and design is completely different than what you may like (and sometimes what I take the time to do).

• You need to have you best, most catchy photos on your first page. This is what grabs people and wants them to use your services. Out of focus photos - while they have a place - don't give the impression of care spent. You have some good photos in your portfolio, those I think are better choices.
• The fonts you choose in the 'Yahoo' site Builder are NOT what we all see. Your font tags show some off the wall fonts that even I don't have.
• Get rid of the transitions. Again, users want quick and snappy. (my opinion)
• You may want to consider investing a couple bucks into a 'pre-designed' web template, and working from there. Like this, or this or this. There a LOTS of places that do templates like these. You may need someone to help with this. It will be more professional looking and may help you attract customers.
