Remodeled cabins

My family is leaving for WDW in 11 days and we are staying in a cabin. We are so excited about staying in FW for the first time. It sounds great!

I have been reading the board for a while and have gotten a wealth of information from all of you. I think I'm all planned & ready to go.

My question is...Has anyone been to FW lately and know which loops have opened with the newly remodeled cabins? The last post I could find was about the 2100 loop opening and a few other loops closed.

Would love an update.

We just got back yesterday. As best I could tell 2100 is complete and 2200 was completely closed with workers in and out of the cabins. Perhaps 2200 will be done for you.

We stayed in 2400 near the back of the loop and were just fine BUT we were moved there. Originally we were in 2600 near the front and with 2 cabins surrounded by green swamp water, it wouldn't do. I explained my 4 and 7 yrs old grandsons would be walking back and forth.

We were moved to 2422 and 2423 and were high and dry. The destruction of the foliage is heartbreaking though. Never saw one armadillo. It's being done everywhere too, rv loops and cabin loops.

Hope you have a good time. I miss it so.........
