Reminder-Daylight Saving Time!

We don't do Daylight Savings Time in Arizona...so you all change and we don't;)

that's how indiana was, until the idiots in charge decided to change things a few years ago.

IMO, it should have gone out to a vote of the people but it didnt.

I always hate it, too. It makes me very grumpy--especially now when we're back to driving to work in the pitch black.

This year, I'm not as upset about it. We go to WDW next week so it's one less hour before I go on vacation. :lmao:

Yes, that is right.

Literally, at 2am it will become 3am, but most of us will just set the clocks up when we go to bed. :goodvibes

On Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 2 a.m., Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States.

Yippppppppppppie!!!!!!

thank you for the reminder, I actually forgot, and i have been looking forward to this!!!!!

so what time is it there now saturday afternoon? the time we are now? or the time we will be at this time tomorrow?

did that make sense?? LOL

Can't wait! I absolutely LOVE it!!!!!! :yay::yay::yay:

:headache::headache::headache:Hate it the first few days. But do enjoy getting home in the daylight:yay:

And this year, some idiot decided to have MSAs at my daughter's school on Monday...as it isn't bad enough adjusting:sad2:

....ITA - I lose a WHOLE HOUR OF SLEEP....:badpc:

We GAIN a whole hour of daylight all through the summer & fall! :woohoo:

I like doing things at 7pm & 8pm and still have it light out. :sunny: It's more civilized. We aren't little moles burrow about in the dark at that hour. I bet there are more people up at 8pm than there are at 5am.

Doesn't bother me at all. I like having an extra hour of daylight at night. I hated having to adjust my kids sleep schedule but now that they are getting older and they travel so much and are used to wacky sleep schedules it's not so hard any more, thankfully.

I do like having the extra light at night, but it sure is hard to make the switch.

I actually was doing okay this morning until I got in the car and saw what time it "used" to be. (We changed all the clocks in the house last night, but not the cars). Then it felt SO early! I would have still been in bed, hitting the snooze! :rotfl:

I had a nice nap this afternoon, though. :thumbsup2

And thank goodness our spring break starts tomorrow, so we can adjust before having to get up REALLY early again. :woohoo:

...yeah, but I still want that hour of sleep....;)

I hated losing that hour of sleep. Especially when I had to be at work at 5AM Sunday morning.... :headache:
