As we all know tomorrow marks the 7th year anniversary of Sept. 11. To remember all the people who have lost their lives and so we never forget that day. When you drive your cars :drive: tomorrow, drive with your headlights on. Tell :chat: your friends and family member to do the same.

This is a simple way to show you care and will always remember. :thanks: :firefight ::cop:

I will do so as well. I'm an employee of a company that lost almost 300 people that day. I still remember the smallest details of that Tuesday, just like it was yesterday.

Take time to remember today!!!

This is my least favorite day of the year, though I don't know anyone who was lost that day, those visions of the towers falling on the tv still haunt me.

How ironic your post was timed at 9:11!!!!!

I will do so as well. I'm an employee of a company that lost almost 300 people that day. I still remember the smallest details of that Tuesday, just like it was yesterday.

I will do that. I remember that day like it was yesterday. My best friend since 1st grade was a flight attendent for AA Boston to LAX was her route. She was off that day. I remember calling a crying harder everytime I got her voice mail. Calling her mom and her not hearing anything either. Finially at 130 she was able to get a call out to us.
May God Bless all today and a special prayer to all that died that day and to all that emergency people who were at ground zero.

I don't think any of us will ever forget that terrible day, 7 years ago.
I remember everything about it. What I was wearing, a meeting I had to attend shorty after it happened, walking into work & hearing about the first plane- but thinking it was just a puddle jumper accident. Realizing that DH's cousin was on the 70 something floor of the 2nd tower & not knowing until the next day that he walked all the way to Brooklyn. Being an emotional wreck at 7 months pregnant.
My heart still goes out to the families of all of those who were lost that day. The employees in the bldgs, the people on the planes, the firefighters & police officers. You are all still in our thoughts!

That day will haunt mostly everyone who was in earshot or view (like I was) of that day. I remeber what I was eating for breakfast when my girlfriend called and told me that something just hit the tower. (She worked on the 47th floor in midtown and had a full view)

As I ran to a tv I got to see the tower on fire, and remember the newcasters being dumbfounded that this even happened.

After the second tower fell I remember seeing the people coming from downtown (I also worked in midtown) in a swarm, and I kept thinking to myself that this was all a BAD DREAM, because it reminded me too much of a movie.

The selfish side of this is I got married on Oct 7 and it was very surreal to see armed forces with machine guns and dogs in JFK airport. We went to WDW for one week, and then to St Lucia the next. I remember the more people we met the more they were sympathetic to where we lived. It is a day that noone will ever or should ever forget. I had lost two very good friends that day, and my heart goes out to those who lost as well.

I would like to thank all who had an active role in helping out that day. And pray this NEVER happens again.

This is such a sad day for me. I, too, remember it all too clearly. My prayers go out to each and everyone who lost someone dear to them on this day 7 years ago.
