I think we're about to see another big missed/delayed opportunity for them with Zootopia2 merch.

I was in the NYC Disney Store yesterday and looked at what they have - Nick, Judy, the snake, Emmett... But NO Robert Furwin the koala. With Robert's current soaring popularity on Dancing With The Stars, I suspect there's going to be a LOT of people asking about a Robert Furwin plush. Or anything with him.

In my eyes as soon as a movie is about to hit theaters many people start to collect the movie toys as soon as the movie is debuting in theaters because they know that the movie's toys will become scarce and hard to find. With Zootopia 2 the reason why Zootopia 2 toys are flying off store shelves now is because they are the hot toys of the holidays and kids have them on Santa's Wish List and when a movie is released around the holidays that's a sign that the toys will be sold out because they become the hot toy on Santa's Wish List. When Wall-E debuted in theaters Wall-E toys became hot and by the time the holidays came Wall-E toys became scarce to find. And the same thing happened with The Princess And The Frog Tangled and Frozen toys and I think with these Zootopia 2 toys it will be like the movie Jingle All The Way when everyone in the movie wanted a Turboman action figure. And I can guarantee you the most popular Zootopia 2 toys are the plushies because for some unknown reason kids adore character plushies rather than the movie action figures and if everyone is hunting for Zootopia 2 toys good luck on your quest to find them
