Remember...Dreams Come True fireworks - will they be running in September?

We are going to DL in September and I was wondering if the Remember..Dreams Come True fireworks will be showing while we're there? Does it only run on weekends?

Also I heard a new fireworks show is going to be replacing the dreams come true fireworks. Is that true? Or maybe I am mixing up the fireworks with the parades. I know that they were changing over parades soon.
