Remebering Boston

An ARREST has been made. They're not saying where, but a male was spotted in video seen dropping a bag. CNN reports.

I just saw a photo being sent around facebook...a fellow with a knapsac in the crowd which looked like the knapsac that blew up.

Lets hope its the right person. I was thinking of the Olympic bombings where the public was led to believe it was a certain fellow until they found out it was Eric Rudolf.

Whoever did this will have hell for a life from now on...and not even including the afterlife he will face.

I got in 4.09 today. It was an emotion filled run at the gym (since its pouring rain here). One of the gals at my gym had on her Boston marathon shirt from Monday and was walking the "marathon" walk. It was hard for me to think about all of those who were injured, mentally and physically) on Monday.
I have a student whose cousin lost his leg watching a family member run. I coach Girls on the Run and at practice today the girls ran a total of 26.2 miles that they dedicated to those who were in Boston on Monday. It's amazing that at the age of 10-11 they were so aware and already dedicated runners!
