Remaining options on a park hopper?

Okay....

I have some hopper passes, and I know for a fact that all of the days are used up. BUT, they are hopper plus passes, and I have no idea if any of the options were used.

I know it needs to be done at the parks, but can they tell you if any options remain on a hopper pass?

Also, there's some scratching in the mag strip area - small pieces of it are missing. Will that pose a problem, or will I be able to have a new one issued if anything IS remaining on it?

Yes, they should be able to be tell you if you have any options. Be careful though. Someone here reported that they gave old tickets to see if there were any days left, and there weren't, so the CM threw the tickets away for them. The poster remembered later that there were plus options on them, but the CM hadn't thought to check for that, and the tickets were gone by then.

If the strip is bad, they should still be able to help you at guest services. There is a number on the tickets, and they can key the number into the computer to retrieve the information.
