Remaining events to have booked

hi, I will be taking my DS8 to Disneyworld for the first time from oct 6 to oct 13. We are Disneyland veterans. I haven’t been to Disneyworld since around the time that animal kingdom opened.

I have 3 remaining events to book that are not yet available:

Frozen desert party for Wednesday oct 10.
Ultimate night of adventure for Monday oct 8.
Star Wars guided tour for Friday oct 12.

I just got Early morning magic this morning booked!

The SWGT one is probably unneeded since over half the stuff in it is similar or same in Disneyland, but my DS loves Star Wars, so I want to make sure he sees it all.

Frozen is probably unneeded but I just don’t want to worry about illuminations show.

Ultimate night is just for convenience and making sure we see as much as we can of the park.

So does anyone thinks I won’t get one or more of these, I am hoping Disney opens these up sooner rather than later.

Sorry, I realized my question is vague, so to be specific, Oct 8 is Columbus day, so I am wondering if Disney does the ultimate tours on holidays, and then as well, the rest of the week.
I guess given that EMM did actually occur on October 6, all rules may be out the window
