Reliv Nutritional Supplements

Does anyone take the Reliv nutritional supplements? My niece has started selling them and I went to one of her informational talks and they sure make it sound wonderful so I started taking them today. I was just wondering if there is anyone else using these products and what you think of them. It was nice to "take my vitamins" in a drink instead of swallowing down the 10 vitamin pills I had been taking!

I haven't heard of this company. Is it the same as the Rexall products like that? I've had friends that sell those.

Kath, I'm not sure if their similar or not. These products have vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants, etc. all in them and you mix them with water. They don't call them "vitamins" but a nutritional suppplement. They say because they are mixed with water the body is able to absorb they so much better. Today is only my second day taking them and I can't say I feel any different but I am a pretty healthy person but I'd like to stay that way
