reliable trip insurance

I am going to book a DCL cruise, and I received their insurance quote.

Does anyone recommend another trustworthy company that, hopefully, is less expensive than what Disney/DU quote?

Go to insuremytrip dot com - their you can look and compare a bunch of different plans depending on what you are looking for. This is where I always buy my trip insurance for cruises. Much cheaper than the cruiselines.

7 years ago AAA recommended TravelGuard, and 5 years ago a travel agent I used also recommended them. I've been happy with the policies, however I have (thankfully) never had to make a claim.

We too have used insure my trip .com and it TravelGuard always has the best prices. We had to file a claim once and they were great to work with. The help at the insure my trip . com website are very helpful too..answering all your questions.

Insuremytrip is a website where you can compare travel insurance policies. Whether or not you can cancel a trip for any reason depends on the actual policy terms of whatever policy you chose.

I went to my AAA agent and told them what I needed and they found a policy for me when I needed one (medical only for my DD when she went overseas, which we did end up using).

Used one of the companies I found on Insuremytrip for an Alaskan vacation/cruise. Unfortunately had to use the insurance as we were not able to make the trip due to a pre-existing condition. Very easy to deal with. For our flights I had used some travelbank funds that we got on JetBlue on a previous trip. They told me to include that amount in the tally and would decide if it would be paid. It was. Couldn't believe that an insurance company would tell me to put more in
