Relay For Life

so tomorrow, i am going to a realy for life event. what these events are for, is to raise awerness and raise money to find a cure for cancer. so my quesion to you is, have you ever benn to one?

I've done an MS walk several times. Does that count?

In England I took part in Race for Life in 2006 (think it's the same as Relay for Life) which is also to raise money for Cancer Research. Having had 2 members of the family suffer from cancer (1 of whom we sadly lost), it is an important charity to all my family.

My dad, my cousins, my uncles, myself and my boyfriend are taking part in another Race for Life in September and also next year.

tomorrow i'm doing a walk for alheztimers (SP) with my friend and her mom

i did that the last two years.

i'm not doing it this year.
i'm sad cuz there so much fun!

I've been on many a Terry Fox run.

Yes, I went to one last month.
It was so much fun, but it was really sad when they turned out all of the lights and had the bag pipe players walking around the track with a candle.

Everybody was crying.

No, but I've always wanted to do one. I would go to the one this year, but I have a concert the same day..

I want to do that one day cause I'm in remission for what Terry Fox had.
