Relatively quiet spots at AK and HS?

Our son will be 2 1/2 when we go to Disney in January. We are staying on the monorail line in part to make it easier to get back and forth for naps and breaks. This really only works for MK and Epcot, though. On our AK and HS days, I was thinking of skipping the trip back for a nap/break. We had some really awful experiences at times on our last trip with the buses. I am afraid of getting stuck waiting forever for a bus or balancing sleepy toddler with a folded stroller on a crowded bus. Are there relatively quiet spots in those parks where we could hang out while he naps in his stroller?

At Ak take the path between the bird show and Kilimanjaro Safari. On the right there is a short looped path that has a bench. We have never encountered anyone else on the path. At DHS try the walkway to the far left of Indiana Jones, near the Outback store. There are a bunch of abandoned old vehicles (jeep, tank, etc) there. It is a fairly quiet area, but I can't remember if there is a bench.

At AK my son fell asleep at one of the seating area for Flame Tree BBQ. It was covered and quiet, and we were able to eat while he napped.

At DHS he passed out outside TSM so we didn't have to find a quiet spot.

At Ak the area out in front of Dinosaur has a lot of bench seating - some shaded. Then you'd also be right next to the restaurantosaurus - so you'd be food and bathroom adjacent! :thumbsup2 If i were on that side of the park, it's probably where I'd go.

Right outside the door of the gift shop in Dinoland USA, there is a little path that circles round. Its like a little secluded path through the forest. They have dinosaur statues along the path and dino noises, which are pretty soft. We usually take a break on the bench and let the kids play with their new dinosaur toys (they are obsessed). Its a great break!

The very last room in the far back at Pizzafari is often totally empty when it is not a peak dining time. It is airconditioned too:thumbsup2 When the kids were toddlers we used to walk around in there with a cool drink and calmly discuss all the animal paintings on the wall (trying to find camoflouged animals). This was a "fun" but calming activity that got them past the stimulation of the parks and ready to sleep. Then I could either sit and "rock" them a few minutes or tuck them into the stroller and roll back and forth for a minute and out they would go (even DD who never napped at home;)).
