No…those were not accepted….and I didn’t expect them to be…and glad they were not!

But, it came up in another thread about how often people have to offer before they get a deal so it might be interesting to see how long it’s taking some here to score that perfect deal!

That would be really valuable information, and offer enough variables to generate some decent data.

I want it simple which is why it will be organized by resort and poster.

Without wishing to be contentious would you mind if we added the best counter offer we received when we post? I’ve made some very low offers this year and had some counters that most people would probably have taken. Might be interesting to some.

No worries but again, I did it so those that want to share how long it took to give new buyers a sense of what other buyers go through sometimes to get the contract they want!

So, people can choose to share the initial or highest rejected counter offer…but keeping it simple is the goal.

The only reason we thought we had a chance with this one was a delayed closing (2024) and a mostly stripped contract, but they didn't even bother counter-offering. Oh, well! Onto the next.
