Now...how was Clint? Is that voice aging well? I saw him years ago when Wynonna first became a solo artist after the whole sick momma thing. That was a great show. But a Free Clint concert is better than no Clint concert. Did you do a lot of old hits?????

Im a friend of a soldier-and he knows i love country music--so i got invited! plus, he told me it woudl be a great time to check out the good looking men in uniform--cant say no to that!

Clint was EXCELLENT! i would say he played for almost 2 hours straight--we all thought he sounded amazing live! it was liike your own personal concert--the room was packed but it was small...he did do alot of his old hits, whch was great!

There was an opening act--cant remmeber her name--she was new, record coming out ini january--but she was pretty good too! one of the people i was wth got tons of pictures since we were so close

Hi there. It's been a while since I posted on any thread so I thought I'd say hi and see what's going on here. Oh, I'd say it's probably two years since I posted. Anyway, I've met so many of you and still have never come back to post so here I am. I'm Billysotherdad (aka JOE) and many of you may know me as RickinNYC's other half . I was beginning to feel like I wanted to have a place to post, too, so decided to come back on. Say hi. (I thought I'd insert some of these smiles just for fun. They're quite silly.)

Hi Joe! We met once at Jellyrolls - the night we had Craig up on the stage for his birthday, and Sherry spilled her drink when she got up to say good bye to me. And that obnoxious drunk couple from New York were next to us, heckling everyone and being general pains in the butt!

Nice to see you, too! I remember that annoying couple! That was a lot of fun that night. I also remember the spilled drink. See, all of my jellyrolls visits do not blur into one! (Like some peoples do!)

We are, I believe, currently on page 16 or 17. Yea! I feel so much better. By night fall I was feeling just fine. I felt like my body was just wiped out tired and that it needed just one more day on the couch. Two just wasn't sufficient. I even spoke to the assistant principal today and he said the same thing. The body knows when it's time to shut down for the day and maybe my body was just telling me to shut down. So I did. And I watched a lot of tv (through the hammering and the scraping...they're here again today) and watched a movie on Showtime (Capote) and a little Star Trek and then ate some of Rick's amazingly delicious leftover lasagna.
So I did shut down and lay around and do nothing. And it was glorious!
