We used Reid on a resale that closed first part of June. We did have a few bumps in the road, but not so much on the relator's side. Closing was slow. The whole process took us about 10+ weeks or so. Lee Reid was very good about returning emails or phone calls. The contract was as stated(after an addendum, whole different story) and MS at Disney was great in combining our 2 contracts under the same member number. Even though it took longer on the closing than others I've read about, we would use Reid again.
