I wanted to do the Rehitching ceremony at the Land when my dh and I went in January; but now it's going to be closed - will they be doing it somewhere else?

No they will not.

From my understanding, all that is done now is your server mentions your anniversary to everyone in the restaurant and you get a certificate. Not as fun as it used to be.
