Rehire recruiting question?

I had a great recruiter when I applied for Spring 2011 and even though I was denied because of my rehire status I thought she did everything she could to help me get hired in the future. What I'm wondering is will I get the same recruiter this time around or is there a whole office dedicated to handling rehire situations so it's random on which recruiter someone gets. I really liked my recruiter because she went out of her way to contact me (called me after I emailed her asking for advice) and help me understand what I need to do to become eligible again. Does anyone know how this works?
