Rehab List-Check for rehabs

Can anyone verify this? I read somewhere that once the Simpsons ride opens, Universal is closing Terminator to update the special effects or something to that affect (no rhyme intended, or something like that). Thanks in advance!!

I heard something about this a while ago but nothing since. I wouldn't be surprised as T:2 definately needs some work. But...nothing official as of now.

It would totally suck too! T:2 and ROTM were the 2 big draws to my trip to US. I haven't gotten to ride mummy yet, but T:2 is one of my favortie experiences there. Tho I am looking forward to MIB (another 1st time experience). They'll have to lock me up if that one's closed when I get there!

I wouldn't be too concerned right now. Universal has a lot of stuff in the works with RRR and Harry Potter.

i agree...with those two big projects, I don't think they'll be doing anything w/ T2 right now....besides, the busy season is coming.... and UO doesn't usually close "bigger" attractions during busy season ....so, we should be fine. If you're going to UO, and T2 is open, see it...just in case

I don't think anything has been posted yet but keep checking the board as we get closer. There will be a few rides going down at the Studios but that's for HHN only...no change during the day.

Sad but they both are blocked off and actually sat and watched and heard them cut down the tree that was in front of Enchanted oak

Are these closures (Enchanted Oak and Flying Unicorn) permanent are they being rethemed and reopened after HP opens? On the IOA site the Flying Unicorn says "Due to work progressing on Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter, The Flying Unicorn attraction is closed. " My poor little DD is crushed that the Flying Unicorn may be gone for good.
