OK, so I expressed interest in an activity which had the "scheduling to be arranged" note. Got the email from Disney with a link to register, but it said not to complete the sign-up process until the organization had contacted me to arrange scheduling.
Fair enough.
Today I traded emails with a rep at the charity and we agreed upon a date. It isn't until July.
So I went back to my email from Disney and began the sign-up process. I entered my info on the Disney site and it took me over to the HandsOn Network site. HandsOn already had info on the charity and event I originally selected. All I was supposed to do is enter the scheduled date and time, along with the members of the family participating.
After entering that info, I get an error stating that I can only register 60 days before the opportunity is scheduled to begin.
I looked in the FAQs and don't see anything that addresses this. Anyone else experienced this? Is there a chance that I won't get the tickets since it's (currently) capped at 1 million?
