Regarding the Premium plan....

We were one of those that took advantage of the one night premium package last September.........it was SOOOOOOOOOO worth it, my hubby fished for days, lol. This year we want to do the Platinum package...Since they now require a day minimum for the Platinum packages....I am thinking that since we want to stay 9 nights, would it make more sense to make 3 seperate reservations, because you only get one massge per person per reservation, one fireworks cruise per reservation, one Richard Petty drive per reservation...If I make one 9 night Platinum package reservation, we will only each get one massage, one Richared Petty drive, and only one fireworks cruise ( I would like to do the MK one and the Epcot one)...your thoughts? (p.s. changing rooms/resorts does NOT bother us). The Bass Fishing excursions makes this plan WELL worth it, my husband would fish all 9 days for 6 hours a day...........he did this for only 3 days last september and LOVED it, some very large Bass in Disney's lakes...Pittsburgh just don't grow em that big, lol.

What are you going to do about tickets, wouldn't you have to buy three sets of park tickets?

Correct, you would have to purchase a minimum 1 day base ticket for each person, per reservation.

If you don't mind the *ouch* expense, then go for it.

Btw, we also loved the Plat package. I miss that thread.

one day tickets are okay, this way, anyone in the family can use them!.. DH tries to get out of going to the parks, lol. Thanks!

With the 3-day package you actually get 4 days to use it so you would only need 2 packages and that would give you 8 days of use. So you would check in on the plan, go three nights and then check in on a room only reservation but continue using the plan. The following day check back in on the plan for 3 more nights and continue using the plan as late as you can on the day you check out.

One year I did the Premium, the next I did the Platinum. It was lots of fun!
