I called DCL charter is for 09-04-05 not 09-24-05 and its the 4 day cruise.
Sorry this is edited I just forgot about the member cruise on 09-04 but again I called DCL and they said no charter just a rumor and that it was rare to charter a 7 day most the time 4 and 3 day cruises and the dates are back up on the web site.
