? regarding booking

I was wondering if i could use my dec 2009 points to pre book a dec 2008 holiday. This is our situation

Allotment Dec 2007 Points remaining 0
Allotment Dec 2008 Points remaining 13
Allotment Dec 2009 Points remaining 194

So can i borrow from dec 2009 to book a holiday in dec 2008.
Need to buy more points

If I am not mistaken, your UY is December, so Dec 2008 trip would use 2009 points. We just received our 2008 points Dec 07. You can bank your 2008 points and then book your ressie for Dec 2008 using your banked points and 2009 points. There would be no need to borrowing or transfering because they would already be in the appropriate UY.

Dec UY's seem to be confusing, because you are receiving your points a month earlier than the actual month. Or I am sooo confused on my own Dec UY I am completely wrong.

A Dec 2008 trip would use your Dec 2008 points. And you can borrow your Dec 2009 points for this trip. Plus if you have any Dec 2007 points left, you can bank them to use for your Dec 2008 trip.

By the way, you'll want to be booking that Dec 2008 trip as soon as possible at your home resort. It sounds like things are booking up fast.

TisBit: You have it backwards. What gets confusing is that in 2008, you would be actually using your 2007 points UNTIL you get to your UY Month.

Dec 2007 points would be good from Dec 1 07 until Nov 30 08.
Dec 2008 points would be good from Dec 1 08 until Nov 30 09.
Dec 2009 points would be good from Dec 1 09 until Nov 30 10.

Unless you bank them or borrow them. Banking and borrowing are final transactions.
