We stayed there a few years ago while the renovations were going on. There is no WAY in hell I would stay in the motel part of the hotel. They put us in the tower room with the view of Magic Kingdom....which was quite nice. But the entrance gate was broke, they were working on the pool/play area so no comment on that. Most of the people were friendly etc.

We only booked because we drove down and decided to extend our stay at Dis, but most of the resorts were booked up. If I were to do it again I wouldn't.

The interior still looks warn out and old, when I got off the elevators I found myself looking over my shoulder. The walk to the parking lot SUCKED to be honest,and the lighting wasn't very good.

And just say no to the damn Timeshare crap they try to throw at you!

Just booked 2 nights here for end of August, was going to stay at AKL but not paying price they want this year.
Anyone looking for a low rate I have used an agent here in UK who I used last month for Country Inn and suites LBV no problem.

Total paid for 2 nights at Regal Sun Resort after code £50 (approx $83) incl tax. $42/ nights here is a great price. Great4 hotels rates usually include resort fees also but can't confirm this until I have been in August.

Will do, just coming to end of our 16 nights at Old Key West, Saturday we go on Disney Magic for 7 nights then on 29th we check into Regal Sun for our last 2 nights, will post while there hopefully.
