Regal Palms Resort and Spa in Davenport?

The official name is The Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highland Reserve in Davenport. Has anyone stayed or heard of this place it is supposed to be brand new. How is it getting from Davenport to Disney? Traffic and timewise? Any website information? Thanks

The Clubhouse at Regal Palms is scheduled to open summer, 2004. This clubhouse will feature a restaurant, lounge, sports pub, conference center, health club, day spa and an outdoor swimming complex with water slides and a lazy river.
It is on highway 27 about 10 mins or so drive to WDW If you do a google search you will find info from various companies that are marketing these homes

Hi, we are looking at this also for our April trip. Does anyone know if there is any construction going on after 5pm?
