Refurbishment

I am receiving conflicting information of the refurbishment of the CBR. One story claims that all of the rooms were redone in 2001, another claims that a certain percentage of rooms were completed.
Can anyone clear the air on this matter?

They are all refurbished. We were there in Nov 01.

They are all done. The decorating is beautiful.
