It was professionally done by a trailer repair outfit that normally only does commercial trucks, like Coke distribution trailers, beer companies, even the U.S. Post Office. They did me a favor re-painting the trailer and applying the decals because I gave them some business to refurbish a semi-trailer for a local marching band. They own the license and have their own graphics department so they were printed on site.
