I have gotten a refund a total of 6 times now, and it always shows up within 2 days.

The only reason they say it could take up to 2 months is because they cannot controll your credit card company.

You should check your bank statement online periodically.

As the PP stated, Disney has no control over how long it takes your bank to process the refund.

I have only been waiting since 8/3 when free dining came out. I just figured there must be other people on DIS that are in the same situation and wondered if anyone had gotten their refund yet.

Again, totally depends on the bank.

Unless someone can confirm who has the same exact bank as you, you are going to get totally conflicting information and it becomes a moot point.

its only been 3 business days...my bank will process a credit sometime overnight but it never appears in the pending section....usually takes 3-5 business days

I used a Chase Visa and my refund just posted today. In the past it has taken up to 10days.

I just checked my credit card statement and my refund was applied to it today.

When i've been owed a refund by Disney on my debit card it's taken anywhere from 2-5 business days. Never any more than that.

I have a wells Fargo Debit Card and rearranged my reservation on 8/3 as well. My credit came through this morning.
