Refresh my memory regarding Pleasure Island admission policy

I know that things changed around last year at PI so now you can walk around the place before (and if) you decide to go in. The thing I want to know is:

Do they still have those ticket booths out front for the people who are determined to go clubbing or are they all on the inside of the island now?

No!

You cannot buy tickets to the clubs at the clubs. You can ONLY buy tickets at the ticket trolleys out front, or inside the Island at Reel Finds or DTV merchandise locations.

The Island itself is free to walk around, you just have to have tickets to enter the clubs.

You may also buy your PI tickets at Guest Relations.

Basically, this is how it works.
PI opens at 7 pm and the clubs start opening between 8 and 9 pm. Adventurer's Club has a free open house before 9 pm, so you may visit there without a ticket until they come in and scoot anyone without a wristband out.

Anyone may enter PI and walk around and enjoy the "streetmosphere". If you want to enter the clubs you can purchase tickets at several locations from within Pleasure Island, the ticket booths or as previously mentioned, Guest Relations (they are only open until 11 pm at the Marketplace and 11:30 pm at the WestSide.)

There are two 21+ clubs, Mannequins and BET Soundstage.

Any children under 18 must be accompanied by a guest who is 21 or older and must stay with that adult the entire time while on the Island.

Guests 18 to 21 will be admitted, but will have a different colored wristband indicating that their ID has been checked and they cannot purchase alcoholic beverages.

If you have a Premium Annual Pass or have purchased MYW tickets with the Magic Plus options they can be used for admission as well!

The tickets are 16.95 plus tax, bringing the total up to 18.06 for the evening. Children 3 and above have to pay the same price as an adult if going into the clubs.
